Delete your Janoon account

Your login was created by your school, so your school is the one who removes it. Ask the school office to delete or deactivate your account. If you’d rather contact us directly, email [privacy@janoon.pk] from the address on your account with your school’s name, and we’ll process it within seven days and confirm by email.

Deleting a parent login removes your access to the app. The school keeps its own student records, as it is required to.
